A: No. You can browse our store, purchase our products, read our articles, subscribe to our newsletter, or submit requests by via our contact forms without having a user account. But you will need a user account is you wish to submit a comment or author a product review.
Q: What are the benefits of having an account at Gerardi Gems.
A: In one word: SAVINGS ! As Gerardi Gems evolves, we will begin to offer coupons and special offers to our registered users. You will only be able to access those coupons and offers once you have logged in. You will also be able to edit your profile, update your billing information, tell when you last visited our site, and take a look at your past order history.
Q: How do I view my account details?
A: To view your account details, you must first log in using the login button on the left side of the main menu. Once logged in, you will be able to see the “View Your Account” menu just under your shopping cart. Click/tap on the menu and you will see options to edit your account detials, see your order history, and you can also check to see if any new Gerard Gems coupons have been issued.
Q: What does Gerardi Gems do with my information?
A: We keep it private! Only your user information, order data, billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data or your password.
